Doug Copley’s Lineside Images & The David Odd Collection

David and Roger return to Barrow Hill to present another selection from the Peak Railway Association’s legacy collections. Doug Copley’s films include his own commentary. Tonight’s film, “7Y40, Kiveton Colliery to Bolsover Coalite”, also includes the class 58 bringing the empties from Worksop. Filmed in 1994, the year that Kiveton Pit closed on 30^th September. After the break, Roger will show more steam gems from the David Odd slide collection, images from the 1950s and 1960s.

All presentations are held in the Roundhouse lecture theatre commencing at 19.30 and finishing between 21.45 and 22.00. Doors open at 19.00.
Presentations are held on the third Thursday of every month unless otherwise indicated.
Hot and cold drinks are available from the buffet before 19.30 and during the interval.
Admission is normally £3.00 for members and £5.00 for non-members.
